Zemljotres jačine 5,8 stepeni po Rihteru pogodio je danas sever Argentine.
Nemački istraživački centar za geonauke (GFZ) saopštio je da se zemlja tresla u provinciji Santjago del Estero.
Epicentar zemljotresa bio je na dubini od 575 kilometara.
